Transformative Law Review provides immediate open access to all published content based on the principle that freely available scholarly research promotes the global exchange of knowledge and advances legal scholarship. All articles are freely accessible online without subscription fees or access restrictions, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts, or use them for any lawful purpose without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors.
Transformative Law Review publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License, which permits copying, redistribution, adaptation, remixing, and commercial use of published works, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal, a link to the license is provided, any modifications are indicated, and derivative works are distributed under the same license. Consistent with its commitment to open scholarship, Transformative Law Review encourages authors to deposit and disseminate the published version of their articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networking platforms, thereby enhancing the visibility, accessibility, and long-term impact of their research.
