Issue Identification

Each article is assigned to a clearly identified volume and issue. The article metadata displays the publication year, volume number, issue number, page range or article number, and DOI where applicable.

Editorial Scheduling

Acceptance of a manuscript does not automatically determine its issue of publication. The editorial team schedules accepted articles according to production readiness, thematic balance, publication capacity, and the order in which final requirements are completed.

Submission and Publication

Authors may submit manuscripts through the PLR online submission system throughout the year. Manuscripts undergo the journal's normal editorial screening, double-blind peer review, revision, copyediting, and production processes before publication.

A manuscript accepted near the end of a publication period may be scheduled for a later issue when additional review, revision, or production work is required.
