Pakungwati Journal of Islamic Law and Society (PJILS)

Pakungwati Journal of Islamic Law and Society (PJILS) supports open-access scholarly communication while respecting the intellectual property rights of authors. Authors retain copyright in their published works and grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, archive, and make the articles publicly accessible under the terms of the journal's open-access license.

Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish with PJILS retain copyright in their articles. Copyright is not transferred to the journal or publisher as a condition of publication.

By publishing in PJILS, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication and authorize PJILS to reproduce, publish, distribute, communicate, preserve, archive, and disseminate the work in print, electronic, and other scholarly formats.

Conditions of Reuse

Condition Requirement

Author Rights
