Pakungwati Journal of Islamic Law and Society (PJILS)

Pakungwati Journal of Islamic Law and Society (PJILS) is an open-access journal. All articles published by PJILS are made freely and immediately available online to readers without subscription fees, registration requirements, or other access barriers. The journal supports the broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge and encourages the responsible reuse of published research in accordance with its licensing policy.

Rights of Readers and Users

Author Rights and Self-Archiving

Open Access and Publication Fees

Open access refers to the accessibility of published articles to readers and is independent of any publication charges that may apply to authors. PJILS does not charge readers to access published content. Any Article Processing Charge (APC) applicable to accepted manuscripts is governed separately by the journal's Publication Fee policy.

Third-Party Material
