Authors publishing in the Journal of Transformative Islamic Law (JTIL) retain full copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in the journal, authors grant JTIL the right of first publication, allowing the journal to publish and disseminate the article as the original publisher while authors continue to own the copyright.
