The Journal of Transformative Islamic Law (JTIL) welcomes original, rigorous, and methodologically sound manuscripts addressing Islamic law and related legal studies. Prospective authors are encouraged to review the journal’s policies, scope, manuscript requirements, and submission procedures before beginning an online submission.

Please ensure that your manuscript is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration by another journal, and complies fully with JTIL’s focus and scope, author guidelines, publication ethics, and plagiarism-screening policy. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may be returned to the author before peer review.
