The Journal of Transformative Islamic Law (JTIL) is a fully Open Access journal. All articles published in JTIL are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription fees or access restrictions. The journal believes that unrestricted access to high-quality scholarly research accelerates scientific communication, strengthens academic collaboration, and promotes the global dissemination of knowledge in Islamic law and legal studies.
