Publication Fee

Publication charges are applied only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

The journal does not charge any submission fee or review fee. Authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) only after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has received a final acceptance decision. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or the outcome of the peer-review process. Editorial evaluation is conducted independently in accordance with the journal's publication ethics.
